The Queens of Tech is a podcast series about voices of impact – 60+ questions in around 30-40 minutes with women, women of color, non-binary, and transgender trailblazers about their journey into STEM.

I, Jasmine Moradi, started the “Queens of Tech Podcast” initiative in May 2022 because I would like to retain more trailblazers in the tech industry and increase funding for women-led startups.  There is abundant talent waiting to be tapped into, yet our work environments and systems must evolve to ensure inclusivity, safety, and equity for women, women of color, non-binary individuals, and transgender individuals.

We must create spaces where everyone can thrive authentically, access opportunities equitably, and be recognised and valued for their unique contributions.

My goal is to raise the voices of tech trailblazers around the world and together with companies, investors, and politicians raise the challenges and opportunities around Equity, Inclusive Diversity, and Belonging in our workplaces, investments and AI tools.

Each podcast episode revolves around over 60+ questions covering upbringing, education, career trajectory, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), and life advice. The goal is to delve deep into the life and career journey of my guests. By sharing their insights, experiences, and achievements, I aim to inspire girls, women, women of color, non-binary individuals, and transgender individuals to unlock their full potential in the tech industry and aspire to reach top leadership positions and as startup founders.

Representation in tech matters! Your voice matters!

Guest experiences

Big amen to Jasmine Moradi 's comment, "Tech queen Madona S. Wambua's mission is to never ever hear anybody say "We are looking for black talent, but we can't find the black talent". Jasmine, you are writing history!

Thank you so much, Jasmine. It's been an honor to be included in this. I applaud this podcast that you're putting together underway to bring all women leaders into the conversation.

Our team genuinely loves that your show creates a supportive environment for women in tech to share their insights, experiences, and successes, like your discussion with Elham Binai. Specifically, Elham’s acknowledgment of leadership is about building people up rather than bringing teams down.

You are a star Jasmine for raising the voice of women in tech. 100 voices in tech, and hopefully 100 reasons for more girls to join the tech industry. Voice #15 is now released. It was very inspiring to be a part of your podcast. Thanks for having me, Jasmine Moradi. Keep up the important movement!

Our Vision

Empowering diversity in tech by eliminate imposter syndrome, fostering inclusive behavior, and enhancing equity opportunities and funding for women, women of color, non-binary, and transgender individuals.

Our Mission

To bridge the gap between education and employment by amplifying the voices of underrepresented groups in STEM fields. Through advocacy and visibility impact, we aim to inspire more individuals to pursue their potential in tech and ascend to leadership positions.

We are dedicated to cultivating sustainable, inclusive cultures within companies to retain diverse talent and to build inclusive products. Additionally, we strive to advocate for increased funding for women-led startups to foster economic empowerment and entrepreneurship.

Our Goal

SDG 5 “Gender Equality” aims to “achieve gender quality and empower all women and girls”. Queens of Tech’s goal is to reach 100 voices by 2024 to be able to write a book and a scientific research article.

Never claim absence where brilliance resides. If you can't find women,
women of color, non-binary, or transgender leaders in boardrooms,
look closer—because they're not absent; they're often overlooked. No more excuses
—break the cycle, halt discriminatory practices, and cultivate an unwavering
culture of inclusion. The change we seek begins with acknowledging and
empowering every voice.
